Spider-Man
There's been a drought of really good super hero games this generation, we had the Batman games last time and they really hadn't been topped. I'd put this up there on the same level as the first couple Batman games. They combat is obviously a carbon copy of those games, which is not a criticism. I dunno. I really loved this game, and I fucking loved the feeling of being Spider-Man. Like Josh said, the game starts out like "okay, you're Spider-Man, here we go!" And you just start swinging and fighting and that rush never gets old. I really loved NYC, having lived here a few years it was awesome to be like "aw man, that's that church" or "empire state building wow" and I even went to chinatown to find my office without any luck, obviously but Β―_(γ)_/Β―
It was just a damn good game, and I can't wait for the inevitable sequel, but I did hate a few parts. Basically being Spider-Man is sooooo good that when you play as Mary Jane or Miles it's like hitting a brick wall. The stealth bits are just tedious. They were literally my "Welp, time for bed" moments because I just did not want to play them AT ALL. And I guess the story was cartoonish, but it IS a comic book game so I can't really criticize. Other than that, yeah, one of the best games on PS4.
